If the leaves of your cannabis plant are turning a pale or light green color it might be because it is being over watered. There are two signs of over watering that i have noticed. The first is that a day after watering the plants leaves turn pale green and some times die and fall off, other times they might turn a pale green but never fall off. In this case cut off the dying leaves. The other sign I'm not to sure of but when the stems to the paling leaves is a redish color it seems to be due to over watering.

"Yellow or brown leaves are a clear sign your ponytail palm is getting too much water, since the tree's normal leaf color is light green. Ponytails originate in the Mexican desert. Their native climate is dry with very low humidity. This means they can easily survive winter months in homes with heating systems that dry out the air. When this palm's leaves turn yellow or brown, wait several days before watering your palm again. Consider purchasing an inexpensive meter to gauge soil moisture levels if this problem reoccurs."

Usually this is a cultivation problem. Is it too dry? Is it too wet? The symptoms are the same. It is unlikely to be a disease.
