I dont have an answer for you, but my 2001 Dodge Durango just started this. The only way I can stop it is by unplugging the battery. I can not find a fuse to pull to stop them. If anyone knows what is wrong with them email me at dansisk15@hotail.com UPDATE: The door lock cylinder switches have water in them and need to be replaced. There is a Technical Service Bulletin called TSB 08-023-03 from MOPAR addressing this problem. Copy and paste this link into IE ; http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2003/08-023-03.htm Notice that for 2002 Durango, labor is 0.9 hours. Don't let the dealer charge you for over an hour for labor. Print the TSB and take it with you if you take it to the dealer.

Anywhere in the US, if you get caught driving with a suspended or expired driver's license, you will either receive a citation, have your car towed, or go to jail. It is based entirely on the officer's decision. Happy to help!

You could have blown fuses, melted wiring or damaged computers.
its the driving mechanical movemet!
Yes, and this pretty much always happens in such a situation. While the owner was not driving and may not have been anywhere near the accident, a theory of the action against the owner is that he/she should reasonably have know not to allow the driver to take the car.
