Oil spills are dangerous for several reasons. They take the oxygen out of the water making it impossible for sea like for respirate. It also keeps out the sun preventing photosynthesis in plant life. Oil spills also release many toxins into the water.

oil spills are a problem because when oil leaks and it polluts the water adn that becomes a big problem because aniamls can dye adn wed also can die becasue if a fish ate a poison plant adn we eat the fish the person will be poison adn hsi blood is infect it by the oil chemicals.

If a plant is in contact with an oil spill it will die because oil is poison to them as plants take in carbon oxide they will take in the poison oil has in it . (To know more about oil and what it contains search online)

Even oil is poison to Animals because it can cause blindness , poison to the lungs and suffocation to animals, animals don't know oil is dangerous so they are unaware of its dangerous to them.
