If the body does not recognise the donated organ as being compatible, it attacks the organ and destroys it. This is why organ donors have to have the same blood type as the person receiving the organ to reduce the chances of rejection. And even then, the person may well be on anti-rejection medications for ever.

it's sex. vanessa actually hate zac.

It stops working and you have to get an emidiate transplant or rely on your own heart rather than the donners if its still inside you as a back-up!
