People are obsessed with health because it is something that can determine you life. When you have poor regard to health, then you may have poor regard to life as well. It is something that can easily be spent or removed or damaged so it is of high concern to most people.
People are eating processed foods which are so far away from the natural product that they hardly qualify as foods.
They are eating too much refined carbohydrate (processed sugar and starch). They don't need this in the diet AT ALL. Eliminating refined carbs is also the key to weight loss and possibly even improvement in a diabetic condition.
They should be eating a diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's known that this kind of diet is alkalizing, not acidifying, and this is felt to give some protection against cancer and other diseases.
They should be cooking meals at home, not eating out, so that they know what's in the food they're eating. This also saves money.

Yup, the most popular soaps have these substances in them. So do deodorants. So do laundry care products. People should look for an alternative to fluoridated toothpaste, which is poisonous (look at the warning on the label). Dental caries happen because of nutritional deficiencies. People should use the simplest, most additive-free products they can find.
People should assume nothing when it comes to products they buy. In these times we have to work extra hard to protect our health. Rates of cancer, Diabetes and Heart disease have gone through the roof, and in my opinion this is due to poor diet and toxins in our environment.

i think eating unhealthy food can make your both weak. Also people might not live longer. And eating healthy food can make your both get well. People can have good diet and can live longer.

If someone eats healthy food but not moving or eat too much he can be overweight which is not healthy but he can still be healthier then a slim person eating unhealthy food. It also depends on what you mean by "fat". How much overweight are we talking about? Many are for example overweight but would never consider themselves to be. It can take many years until the problems sneak up on you.
