Why are pitbulls dangerous?

No the American pitbull terrier is not a dangerous breed at all. They actually score higher tha labs in the dog temperment test. Loyal to the Extreme! Their whole goal in life is to please you.

I don't know about you but I am SO TIRED of hearing about pitbull attacks. The association press has no clue what they are even talking about. When they say pitbull attack it isn't even a real pitbull. most of the time it's a mix. they have no idea that a purebred pitbull hasn't attacked in the United States In more than 34 YEARS!

It really damages the breed in the public eye when the say pitbull attack and it's not.

You see, the pitbull by itself is a spectacular breed. But when you take a dog that has already been bred for fighting, then mix it with a high energy dog ( such as a boxer)

you don't get a good combo.

Also when people say that Its all how they are raised ( while that does play a big part) does not mean much. No matter what breed you have, if you breed a crappy tempered dog with another crappy tempered dog , no matter how you raise them you're going to get a crappy temperd dog.

So when you do your research. go to dogbreedinfo.com and look up pitbull in the seach bar. Its a great site and it really helps change the opinion in the public eye.

Pitt bulls like any other dog is as dangerous as you make it if you raise them to be bloodthirsty killers they will be bloodthirsty killers. if you raise them in a kind manner then they will be a very good dog. in my opinion they are the most loyal dog. because the way you raise them is the determining factor of how they will act around people if you let them be around people then they will love people if not then they wont. if u abuse them then they will be defensive of every other person who comes into your home. if you show them people and how kind people are then they will be fine around children and other people such as friends. they are very protective and loving if you raise them the way they should be.

There's one thing about pitbulls, you CANNOT tease them. it just like other dogs or children even. if you tease them, they're just going to get mad. its the natural instinct of any animal. just like any other dog, if you abuse it and mistreat it, it will be mean; if you love it and care for it, like they deserve, it wil be the sweetest dog.

I have a pitbull and she isn't dangerous. My pitbull is just a big baby. I think pitbulls become dangerous when their owners raise them to be that way or mistreat them. They can also be dangerous if they perceive their owners safety being threatened. I think this applies to most dogs.

pit bulls are not dangerous it their owners that raise them to fight, atack, ect ( i was raise with pit bulls and not 1 out of the 40ish pit bulls attacked me )
