I think what makes poor countries poor is that the inefficient use of the resources available , corruption also is a major reason , but I think the most important fact that what makes the country poor is the bad leadership and lack of wisdom within the government . such countries as Yemen , Somalia , Jordan , tunisa , negeria , lebenon , and so on .
Ya, poor countries are poor because they are poor because more that 80 % of that country people were uneducated and they did not understand everythings so everytime they will be on farming , so the country will never be poor with our the educated people...

Basically, the more freedom a country has, the wealthier it will be. The less freedom, the less wealth.
