Utility tractor is just a general term for an unspecialized tractor. This could be anything from a large lawn tractor to a large farm tractor so long as it's capable of being used in a wide range of applications.
If its the rear then the inside needs to be rolled upwards.

This is one of the most popular mods that regular C6 owners do. Wide rear wheels is a great look but you will need to get the wide body kit in order for the Z06 wheels to fit on a regular C6. There are a couple companies on Smokinvette.com that make different wide body kits for the C6 corvette that will allow you to use the Z06 wheels.

The Z06 wheels are not only very wide, have a staggered width, front to rear, but also have a ton of negative offset. But, I do not think you will run into a problem.
If the mass of the racing car is low, it is able to move faster; and if the racing car has wheels wide apart, the mass is spread on a large area and can travel faster and cover a bigger area at one time.
