Well for one the world is running out, not immediately, but in the bigger picture, yes. Right now fossil fuels that took millions and billions of years to create are our main source. Obviously you cant burn the same thing twice, therefore renewable energy such as wind turbines theoretically are much more practical. The world wont run out of wind, or currents in the ocean. Therefore they can be used again and again where as fossil fuels are used once, pollute the air, and get more and more expensive

∙ 12y agoBecause there is a demand and the demand will increase in time. Fossil fuels are depleting. Fossil fuels takes a million years to be created that is why we need to develop renewable energy sources.
