I don't know what exactly you mean by this question/statement, whether you are talking about one person in particular who just happens to be a Jew, or if you have read the dictionary definition with an example of narcissus/Narcissus and so know what it means, or if it has a particular idiomatic usage.
Narcissism refers to a person's character trait, and not a stereotype such as his race or parentage or colour. It's a bit like saying: ' French are arrogant ' (but just because some are doesn't mean they all are) or ' All Germans are blond, blue-eyed squareheads' ( but Hitler had dark hair, brown eyes and was lean.
You could more properly and meaningfully re-phrase your question as:
"Why are so many actors/actresses/models narcissists?"
