Giant pandas are an endangered species and their numbers are dwindling very quickly as their habitat is destroyed. There are roughly 1,000-1,500 pandas living in the wild (in China). There are about 120 living in zoos and breeding centers around the world. Red pandas are listed as "vulnerable", which is one step below (better than) "endangered".Yes pandas are endangered because of pochers that have been hunting them for over 60 years and after all of that hunting the panda poppulation has dramatically decreased in countries such as china which is very poppular for pandas.Pandas are endangered animals. They have been poached (hunted) and killed for fur. Although many have died, it is against the law in China to hunt these endangeredcreatures.yesPanda's are endangered animalspandas are extremely endangered. As you can see, pandas are in the "Threatened" area, so yes, they are endangered.
There are many reasons why they are being endangered. One: Their habitat is decreasing by the population of China. Also the bamboo they eat is endangered because of the human pressure (atmosphere). Two: Humans are killing them, which is called poaching. It is illegal in China, but they are still doing it. Three: Giant Pandas are having a hard time with the breeding situation. Giant pandas have usually 2 babies each pregnancy, but the mother can only take care of one, so the other usually dies. Also Giant pandas are having a hard time getting pregnant, so they have these reserves to help with that. One of them is called Wolong Nature Reserve.

They take months to grow so they don't have enough food or shelter because people are chopping down their land. That's why they are in danger. I hope you are satisfied with my answer.yes
they are endangered
Giant pandas eat bamboo. This is why they are endangered - there's not a lot of areas where bamboo forests are undeveloped by people.
hey yeh so this time im not going to tell you to kill it because i love pandas but listen up, what do u want a panda for to hump it?
Both the giant panda and the red panda are alive and well in the wild and in zoos around the world. The giant panda is reducing in numbers because of the encroachment of civilization on its habitat and the loss of its food supply. The giant panda is also a slow breeder so that population decreases Ike the latest storm in China can take years to overcome even under the best of conditions.
