The Church has had some very bad and evil men as popes in the Church's long history. Other have been good men but did nothing deserving of sainthood. Others led saintly lives and were canonized.
Only those popes who are being considered for sainthood may have the title of 'blessed.' Some are titled as 'Servant of God' and some are 'Venerable.' It depends upon where in the canonization process their case has reached. The vast majority of popes do not even have causes for sainthood. A number of popes were evil and immoral men and will never be considered as saints.
Blessed Pope Pius IX (the 9th) was number 256 in the list of Popes! He was Pope from 1846-1878, and now has the title "Blessed".
There are about 14 popes who have been declared servants of God, venerable, or blessed. Some of these cases date back nearly 1000 years. There may be others whose cases are in the earliest stages and they have not yet been named servant of God.

Old age
None of them have been married while they were Pope, we know that St. Peter the Apostle had been married, as his mother-in-law is mentioned in the Scriptures, but he was probably a widower by the time he met Our Blessed Lord. Since then all Popes have been celibate as well.
If you go to the Patron Saints Index (see the Related Link at the bottom of this answer) and click on the category "Beatified by" then you'll find a list of popes. Click on a pope's name and you'll see a list of the individuals he has beatified, or given the title of "Blessed." That is the best way I know of to come up with the list that you are looking for.
There are lists of the popes available. However, there is some confusion with some of the earliest popes and their positions on the list. No official record of their papacies remain and historians can only make an educated guess as to what sequence is correct.
Popes do not elect popes. Popes are elected by the cardinal electors.
Some synonyms for the word blessed are sanctified, consecrated, exalted, hallowed, and sacred. Some antonyms for blessed are condemned, unflavored, damned, and unblessed.
There have been about 80 popes who are considered as saints. Some of these were declared saints in the early Church before the canonization process existed. Others are in various stages of canonization. See the complete list of popes and you will find all the popes who are saints, canonized saints and candidates for sainthood.
Actually, Our Blessed Lord is the unity and foundation of the Church. The Popes may be considered that as they are His representatives on earth, see St. Matthew 16:17-19.
