A user marked by their ID is not a registered user. Therefore, they do not even have a name. These users are considered 'guests' to WikiAnswers, since they do not have an account, and are identified by an ID so their contributions can be tracked.
I am a user on this website

Suppose you have two users A and B who can access your computer. You login to user account A and does some work. Now it may be possible that A account has limited user priviledges. So you LOG OFF user A and goes to user B.Logging off just shutdown one user and gives you option to work with another. If you wish to use both users without closing programs on any of them than you can use the option SWITCH USERS
Most users put their first name, if they are comfortable enough letting the entire world know their first name. Other users just put their user name, which is usually because users want a sense of privacy. Some even put their nickname from when they were a child or the one they got from work, but other than that, users don't put much else on the Wikiholic badge. After all, It says 'Hello, My name is....'.
Anyone can answer any question. If they are a registered user they will have a user name. However no celebrity is likely to put his or her real name as their user name. Some users might use a celebrities name as a user name. They must not pretend they are in fact that person. That is not allowed. It is also illegal.
It depends on the type of register. Some do others do not. For instance Wikianswers has a register of user names but very few users have given their address.

Some types of operating systems can have great user interfaces and feel closer to users. Windows systems are among the most popular and well known of user interfaces.
