Special access can be both a good and a bad thing. For people who have nothing but their ethics and politics to unite them, PACs can be a good thing. But for associations of corporations from the same industry, it could be (and in this writer's opinion - is) a bad thing. The corporations have financial resources that an individual just doesn't. In Washington, D.C., money talks, everything else that's not money walks. But together, united in a PAC, individuals can at least get their message heard, even if no one acts on it. Just getting your message across to Congress is an achievement.
I can't think of any special risks that apply to that situation.

The term disabled access means a person with a disability or special physical need will be able to benefit from a system or entity. A building with disabled access provides ramps and widened doors for customers using wheelchairs.

"Access providers" could mean people or businesses that provide access to any number of things. If the question is intended to reference access to the internet, then the answer would be that access is provided for free at most libraries, schools, and even McDonald's restaurants. For a fee, a person can also gain access to the internet in special internet cafe's.
The greatest danger for a person with hypothermia, unless treated in time, is death.

The average global life expectancy is around 72.6 years. This can vary based on factors such as location, lifestyle, and healthcare access.
A person who feels danger and gives warning is typically called an "alarmer" or "alarms someone".
Of course they can - just like anyone else. AS doesn't make anyone either more or less likely to become obsessed or stalkerish.A:If one of the special interests of a person with Asperger's Syndrome is another person, it can appear to be stalking, but it is not the same. The person with AS is trying to learn everything about the special interest, but is not usually a danger to that person. This is not to say that a person with AS cannot be a danger, but as the previous poster explained, they can be that just as anyone else can. The special interests of a person with AS appear to be obsessions, but there are psychological differences between obsessions and AS special interests. However, both can make the target equally uncomfortable. Also, misunderstood communications can exacerbate the situation. If you tell a person with AS that he or she can visit anytime, you probably do not mean that the person can visit three times a day, every day, but the person with AS who took your statement literally might not realize that. In addition, you might be the only "friend" the person with AS has, which means that all the hours each day that you might divide between multiple friends, the person with AS is trying to spend solely with you. But, this is not stalking in the usual sense.
It means the person in question is in trouble so severe that his life is in danger.
