You're looking at a truck with an auxiliary axle.
Some trucks are permitted to weigh more than 80,000 pounds. I'm in Idaho so let's use those numbers. The maximum weight of a truck in this state is 105,500 lbs. To do it, you need at least seven axles on your truck and you're better off with nine - five axles on the tractor, four on the trailer.
If you don't haul 105,500-pound loads all the time, having those extra wheels on the ground when you don't need them down only wears out your tires, and tires are expensive. So, if you're a driver who pulls some freight that only requires five axles and some that requires all nine, you have your truck equipped with a hydraulic auxiliary axle. By moving a switch in the cab, the driver can lift those extra axles off the road when they're not needed and save the tires.
He can do it with 3 big trucks and cannot do with fewer than 3 trucks.
Most trucks and wheels will fit on any deck.

Assuming you mean the steering column, it is what transmits the turning of the wheel in your hands to the steering mechanism which moves the wheels that are touching the ground.
The Boeing 747 has four main trucks...two body trucks and two wing trucks. Each truck has four wheels and there are two nose wheels for a total of 18 wheels.
The 2012 Ford F150 trucks can tow loads up to a weight of 1500 kilos if the object has wheels. However, if it does not have wheels then there will be added friction with the ground so it can only tow 1100 kilos.
The front wheels are the drive wheels on most lift trucks.
venture trucks, no doubt about it death wish wheels with the venture trucks
it helps you get lift beneath your board, bike, or skates, giving you air to do tricks you cant do with all the wheels touching the ground,
for better traction!!
A wheelbarrow uses wheels.
Of Course Not! You need to plant a hot-wheels toy car in the ground, do the shimmy on top of it, and maybe tomorrow you will have your own Range-Rover!
