Traffic signs and signals are the same in every state, so that the people wont get confused
Are you sure that that's order and not just a strange case of disorder?
You can tell because all traffic lights are in the same order for color blind people.
The whole point of having a police officer directing traffic is that he will override the traffic signals in order to create a better flow of traffic. This can be necessary during unusual happenings such as a traffic accident or a sports stadium emptying out. If motorists were going to obey the traffic lights anyway, there would be no point in putting the police officer there!
The lights are still in this order: RED YELLOW GREEN
Roads should be widened, and traffic lights should be in full working order at all times. Carpool lanes can also ease the flow of traffic.
Yes. You need a converter to combine the turn signals with the brake lights.
Start by checking your fuses. Then bulbs. Then switches in that order.
Lights are situated as red, yellow, green. In complicated traffic patterns, lights can be arrows, or the /do not/ indicators. When a traffic light is non-functioning at an intersection, the first to the right has right of way, and each driver from each of the 4 sides takes a turn in that order.
Red color is uesed for stop traffic signal bcos the red color having the highest wavelength.so, it is visible from the longer distance even in foggy atmosphere as compared to the other spectrum colors
Of course not. If someone else is violating a signal, and you would cause an accident by "observing" it, you would be a fool to procede. The whole idea of traffic signals is safety. Everyone makes mistakes, and if you are alert you will take reasonable steps to keep another motorist's error from becoming harmful or deadly, even if it means to go against what a signal is indicating. I was recently in a situation where there was an emergency vehicle behind me, flashing lights and blaring sirens. I was at a red light. My only option was to move through the light in order to make room for the vehicle.
Despite their obvious placements on top or bottom of a traffic light, traces of orange and blue are added to the red and green lights to aid those with red-green color blindness to distinguish between the two. This only affects red-green color blind people. The order of the colors never change. Someone who is colorblind knows it is red on top, yellow in the middle, and green on the bottom. Blue is added to a green traffic light and orange added to a red traffic light. Next time you are out and about, look at the traffic lights. I know in Miami some green traffic lights have a distinct blue undertone, but not all of them have this same undertone. You can also do an image search on a search engine to see what I am talking about.
sequence signals are signals that are used to arrange events in proper order...! for example..the teacher is in a wrong grammar..!
