A square having one unit side, means a side of length 1. There for Pythagorean tells us a^2+b^2=c^2; so 1^2+1^2=c^2. Therefore c=sqrt(2) but the question asks for the square of the diagonal: (sqrt(2))^2=2. Answer: 2
The most notable difference is that composite toe shoes don't set off metal detectors and are generally lighter than steel toe shoes. A steel toe shoe has a piece of steel inside the tip (about 2 1/2 inches) to protect the toes from being crushed if a heavy object falls on the foot. A composite toe shoe has similar toe-protecting reinforcement that is made of a "composite" material like kevlar, carbon fiber, or plastic. Also, while composite shoes can be made as impact resistant (dropping things) they aren't as resistant to shear (chainsaws, grinders etc.) Most of the Composite toe caps are thicker than steel toe caps, only some very advanced composite toe caps are as thin as steel toe caps, but price is very high, so for most of the plastic toe cap safety shoes, the producing shoes lasts are different from the steel toe cap safety shoes lasts. Same standard Pplastic safety shoes price is higher than steel toe safety shoes price. For more info of safety shoes, please refer to our web: www.credsafetyshoes.com

Don't lace them up all the way, leave at least one set of holes at the top(I prefer 2 or 3) and just fold it like you'd fold a shirt collar.

no, the converse makes shoes roughly an 1/2 bigger than normal size, so you would be an 1/2 to big.
Usually ppl don't use all the holes in the shoe so they will use 1 or 2 less string holes on chucks

Marquis Converse was the woman who originally invented Converse sneakers. Converse was really her last name, so that is how that started. Chuck Taylor came in when everybody discovered how good he was at basketball, so Chuck earned the privilege to design one of the bestselling basketball shoes ever. Unfortunately, Converse sneakers went bankrupt in 2001, with lack of selling the sneakers, so Nike bought them out 2 years later (2003).
Yes. i bought a size 3 in youth for my daughter (who was a size 3 at the time) and the shoes didn't fit her until 2 years later. she is 13 now and still wears the size 3 converse i bought her 3 years ago!

I believe they run small. My daughter wears a size 2 in other shoes such as converse and skechers. We bought her a size 3 in the Ed Hardy shoes and they are too small! So I think they are 2 sizes smaller! Yikes! Do not buy them online I would recommend going into the store to try them on since there is such a big size difference.
