Hundreds and thousands of call centres are located across India. All people working here are well educated Graduate i.e. completed 10+2+3 educations. they are skill full people who keeps knowledge about a lot of things.
Certain section of the call center crowd is bad, these are the people who call you to sell mobile phones, cards, grants etc. most of these are hoax and don't trust them. But if you are calling in a 1800 number net time and land with an Indian agent be rest assured that you will be helped.

∙ 11y agoCall centers are often outsourced to India because of financial concerns. As minimum wage is lower there, companies often send jobs overseas to save money. In the United States, laws regulating fair wages and treatment often cost companies lots of money.
