A:Different authors just naturally have different styles of writing. Isaiah had his personal style, just as Jeremiah did, and just as Shakespeare and Chaucer did in more recent times.

In fact, the differences in their styles of writing is one of the criteria scholars use when deternining which author wrote different passages in the Pentateuch. The Yahwist ('J Source') had a vivid, colourful style; the Elohist ('E Source' had a moderately eloquent style; the Priestly, or 'P', Source had a low level of literary style; while the Deuteronomist ('D Source') is identified by the repetitive use of certain phrases particular to this source.
