Simple. Brown is a very ugly color for a car. Actually there have been plenty of brown cars in the past. Brown has been proven to be a poor selling color, so most manufactures do not even offer it.

Hard to say- it would probably be any bright hue, such as yellow, pink, red, orange, etc. Cars are usually never painted in these colors because owners have to pay more insurance for brightly-colored cars; they are believed to cause a greater distraction than cars painted in white, black, silver. brown, or blue. Unless you have the money to pay more insurance for the sake of a beautifully colored car, you may want to stick to a non-distracting color to avoid over-paying for insurance. If I had to guess, brown cars are probably the least popular, but it depends on the type of car; certain cars look old-fashioned and classic in brown, but that's just my opinion.
