There are no pictures in The Bible because the writers didn't include them. It wasn't the custom. They didn't collaborate with illustrators or artists. There is, however, mention of black people in the Bible. They are not referred to by their skin color, as much as they are referred to by their geographic location(s) and their relation to Canaan, the son of Ham, the son of Noah. Beginning in Numbers 12:1 there is a family argument described involving an interracial marriage. The black wife is referred to as an Ethiopian.

The Bible was written thousands of years ago in the Roman Empire and the middle east. There were probably black people there, but the Bible does not make much mention of them. No one in the Bible was ever recorded on going to Africa either. But this does by no means suggest that God left them out. All people are able to accept God's free gift.
