The Bible was written thousands of years ago in the Roman Empire and the Middle East. There were probably black people there, but the Bible does not make much mention of them. No one in the Bible was ever recorded on going to Africa either. But this does by no means suggest that God left them out. All people are able to accept God's free gift.
