There is always going to be a lot of adverts on-line and on many websites. For example, if you 'like' a lot of things on Facebook you will see a lot more adverts to entice you to like their page as well. As well as social networking sites, if you surf the internet looking for great bargains or the latest trends or interesting things you could buy,etc, more and more things are going to try and grab your attention. Yes, there are a lot of adverts already but if you do a lot of things I mentioned you are going to get more!
