Tigers are important to the environment because they are magnificant big cats who are beautyfull and should not be hunted down they should beable to stay in there own habititat where they belong xx
Like all major predators in whatever region of the world they may be found, tigers contribute to the general health of prey populations by primarily hunting down its elderly or weak individuals. At the same time, tiger predation limits the size of prey populations while also creating scavenging opportunities for lesser predators found in the same environment.
Tigers help the Earth by simply being apart of the food chain. They do play an important roll in the food chain along with the other 3 big cats. Also, tigers may please people with their beauty and/or strength, power and will.
more food or us, more money for us, more fur and warmth for us humans!!!

Maybe... but a pack of wolves usually can rob a tiger of his/her kill. A tiger most of the time will avoid direct conflict with a pack of wolves, because any injury will great hamper its survival due to his/her lonely life in the harsh environment.
