Tortioses do move yes, but it isn't in a concious manner. Then often twitch as humans to in their sleep but no movement is actually being made by the toriose voluntarily. There has been known cases where the hibernating tortoise has 'sleep walked', where a tortoise stumbled around even though it was hibernating. Also, they frequently relaz and tense their muscles during hibernation to get a higher comfort level.
It really depends on the tortiose but a few common breeds of (big) tortioses are salcutas could get up to 200 pounds but thats the most comon breed
No, apparently if animals drink water they don't pee, instead they puke out the water, which is why at the zoo they always clean up the puke you see there :p
