No vehicle with a commercial plate is allowed on any of New York State's parkways. This includes the Taconic and Saw Mill, to name a few. If your moving truck has a commercial plate, you will have to find another route.

They are banned from driving north of Tinton Falls, Interchange 105 in Monmouth County. This policy has been in place for a long time and is not going to change any time soon.
