'cause hot air always goes up so ventilators and exhaust fans are built near the ceiling to let out hot air and bring cool air.
Becuz hot air rises up u turd..
Ventilators are typically placed near the ceiling because hot air rises, so they can effectively circulate and distribute air throughout the room. Placing them near the ground would not be as efficient in terms of air circulation and distribution.
ventilators are provided in the rooms just below the roofs because when the air inside the room gets hot this warm air rises up... and flow through these ventilators and thus cool air remains at bottom......so this is how ventilators make us relieve in hot summers ,i hope i made u satisfy by my answer :) answered by:Pari kohli ;)

1. To avoid too strong air currents near the body. 2. To avoid accidents by hitting the fan blades.
In houses, windows and ventilators are made, following the principle of convection.

Old houses typically have high ceilings because they were built before modern heating and cooling systems were common. High ceilings helped to keep the house cooler in the summer by allowing hot air to rise and creating better air circulation. Additionally, high ceilings were also a sign of wealth and status, as they required more materials and labor to construct.
