It's the military job to fight wars (not the policemen, doctors, lawyers, politicians, store clerks, school teachers, Baseball players, fishermen, golfers, or construction workers, etc.). After serving in the military, the personnel have earned the title of being a military veteran.
Veterans aren't forced to fight wars...they already did.
Answer
There have been times when Veterans have re-joined the army because their experience and manpower were needed.
During the American Civil War, the 154 Tennessee Regiment(CSA) was called the Veteran's Regiment, I believe.
During the Napoleonic Wars and even during WW2, when the wars began to drain manpower, the veterans were called into service. Some of them only served in support organizations.
The Force Unleashed is rated T for violence. I actually have played the game before and it is a little too violent for anyone who is not a teenager.
If we didn`t have veterans that didn`t fight we wouldn`t have the freedom we have now,we would have a king instead of a president. we wouldn`t have the land that we have today.we wouldn`t be able to do the thing we have, like free language, good public schools wehave today. we would be trap like slaves. we wouldn`t be the people that we are today.we would have been the country we was 1ooo`s years ago. we would have people comingfrom all of the world an blowing up the United States. AND THATS WHY WE GLAD THAT WE HAVE THEM TODAY..
