Many American Indians share a respect for all animals, knowing that each animal has its place in God's world, alongside of man. Wolves are incredibly intelligent and their societal order teaches us how to organize for survival. Many natives have the wolf as their animal spirit guide, a strong, protective totem.
American Indians, however, are not the only ones who value wolves. There are many people who recognize their value and beauty.

∙ 12y agoWell I love wolves and would be happy to answer your questions, honestly I get asked that everyday and I just say I don't know, but that isn't true, I do know. Humans usually get obsessed over something that just draws them in, and for me and wolves it was just them, the way they looked, those human-like eyes, stamina, speed, howl,etc. The first time I saw a picture of a real wolf in 1st grade I fell in love instantly, and I'm not usually even like that. They just have something that draws people in, spirit.
