Why are women never attracted to a 21 year old man who watches cartoons and plays video games everyday even if he attends school or has a job?

Because quite frankly, said 21 year old man probably has something wrong with his attitude to life/confidence/etc.
We live in a modern society where generally speaking, people are pretty open minded to things- we have more atheist, now than ever before and whilst there is still hate, we've become more accepting of other cultures and same-sex relations as a society more so now than ever before.
Games/Cartoons probably aren't the problem, unless the person watching lets it control their life, or are just annoying overall, in which case it doesn't matter what hobbies they are.
That, or they're talking to the wrong type of women.

∙ 11y agoSome are, but most women think that men that participate in those activities at such an age aren't mature enough for a relationship, or that they won't be able to connect with each other. Do you think that most girls want to hear about your favorite video game or cartoon over dinner? Probably not.

No, unless he watches all day and doesn't keep up what is going on in the world. He's an adult allowed to vote after all. Cartoons are not done by children and often not even for children so of course an adult can watch.
