The phone signals coming in or out may interfere with the airplane-airport signals, and may cause the plane to do undesired action, wich may lead to the plane crashing,so next time, please listen
From what i know, yes. But there can also be work phones and family phones ect. But the 2 main phones are what you asked.(mobile and home)
me
No, there is no directory for mobile phone numbers. Some telephone directory websites may include mobile numbers, but only if the mobile user has specifically asked for the number to be listed on that website.
yes you can i have asked at the airport
Definitly NOT VERIZON WIRELESS! at&t is by far the best phone company EVER! they came up with the iphone and all the other advances in phones. best of all their phones are cheap and affordable.
The majority of kids in the US have cell phones. Since the question was asked in 2008, costs of cell phones have dropped to point where price is not a barrier to owning them.
WHAT is being asked? The address is: 2460 GOVERNMENT STREET • MOBILE, ALABAMA 36606
Although urban legends persist that a mobile phone can cause sparks or a build-up of static electricity in the user, this has not been duplicated under any controlled condition. Nevertheless, super-cautious mobile phone manufacturers and gas stations ask users to switch off their phones. One suggested origin of this myth is that the scare was started by gas station companies themselves because with some older model fuel pumps the cell phone signal would interfere with the fuel counter causing it to give a lower reading, and thus users could get some gas for free. A spark from wearing nylon clothing is more likely than from a mobile phone, to say nothing of the sparks that can occur in faulty car wiring or troubled starting and ignition systems. Most fueling is done in the open air, and there is not often an explosive concentration of vapors present.
Because (a) smoking introduces a naked heat source which would ignite the petrol vapour, and (b) there is a chance of a static electricity spark being generated between the mobile antenna and other metal surfaces, which again would ignite petrol vapours !
Many mobile phone providers now offer pay as you go mobile phones that you can top up with internet allowance as well as minutes and texts. All you need is a phone with mobile internet capabilities.
I have asked this question several times too. Basically the best deal that I have found is through Boost Mobile (prepaid Sprint phones). You have to pay for the phones, but they have really good monthly prices that go down if you stay with them! Oh yea, they are unlimited everything plans too - I believe for $55 monthly starting and going down from there (the longer you stay with them!).
