I had this sensation too, first in my arm and then in my breast. I read something about Magnesium, and it just so happened that I had some magnesium powder in the vitamin cupboard. I started adding about a teaspoon to my morning smoothie, and in a couple of days -- NO MORE BUZZING!
Others may have this for other reasons, but it's sure worth a try -- over a week now and no buzzing.
