ask your friends if they have a YoVille and if they do, ask to meet up with them and get their name and add them. Arrange to meet up at the same event then add to buddy list.

How do you find your friend on YoVille?
Sometimes you have to "import friends" from FB or Myspace. But if your friend is currently playing, click the buddy list on the right and hit join room or join live. If you are friends on FB or Myspace but haven't "buddy"-ed up yet, (or you have, but for some reason their name isn't on your list) then just arrange to meet at an event. That will put you both on the same server as the event so that you will each also be on the same server.
How do you get friends on aim?
You ask your friends for their "screen name" then you press the add budy icon and type in the name they give you. When they are on it will show up on your aim buddy list. How do you find out whose buddy lists you are on for AOL Instant Messenger?
If you have AIM for Mac, which I do, you can go to the me section on the toolbar labeled with Buddies, Lifestream and ME. There should be text that says Buddy Lists That I'm on. Click on that, and it will list people, that are willing to share their buddy list, that have you on them. If this has to do with Windows, this may or may not be helpful. First, you add them to your buddy list. Then, you wait for them to put a status message up. When their status message is posted, under your 'buddy list', you scroll over their name with your mouse and a little box will pop up giving their name and message. If they have you on their list, there will be a comment link highlighted for you to add a comment, much like facebook. Also, you can go to your Lifestream and look there. There is a heart and a comment section under their status message. If you are ON their list, these will be highlighted and you will be able to like or comment them. If you are NOT on their list, the like and comment will be greyed out and if you scroll over them, a little message will come up saying 'ask this person to add you to their friend list'

It is rude, but it's not worth your time or trouble to make a big issue of it. Not everyone likes the same people or makes their reasons for snubbing someone known. Take this person off your buddy list and don't comment on her page, just ignore her. Don't badmouth this person to other people, if they're brought up in conversation act indifferent towards them.
