We have the right to screen your questions. If the questions are inappropriate according to the 'religion & spirituality topic guidelines' and 'Answer's' Terms of Use', then your question can be screened and 'TRASHED'. Whereas the 'Terms of Use' reads:

"You may not upload, post, submit, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Postings that:

  1. Contain falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Answers or any third party.
  2. Are unlawful.
  3. Obscene.
  4. Defamatory.
  5. Libelous.
  6. Threatening.
  7. Pornographic.
  8. Harassing.
  9. Hateful.
  10. Racially or ethnically offensive.
  11. Encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense.
  12. Give rise to civil liability.
  13. Violate any law.
  14. Are otherwise inappropriate.

When you ask all screening questions verbatim what do you ensure?

Depends on the questions, and how well you read them. You could be ensuring that you sound like an automaton if the questions are really generic or don't sound like you, or you aren't prepared. ... If they are well written and you *are* prepared, you might be ensuring that you cover each concern that the company has in screening potential applicants ... or whatever the screening is for. On the other hand, if they are badly written, you might be ensuring that the screener is impeded in his or her duties by having to stick to the questions instead of customizing them to the individual and the situation.
