It depends on how often you have been previously studying. When i took the SAT i studied a couple of times a week and took some practice tests. However, I didnt study no where near as much as my other classmates. But if you study the day before, make sure that you are not cramming. maybe read a couple of sections you need to go over again and take one or two sections of a practice exam. Just dont stay up at all hours of the morning trying to study. You dont want to lose any focus the day of the test.

∙ 11y agoWell quite often the general reason to be worried is becuase your natural instinct is making you nervous if you are really worried try the following:
1. Write it down on a piece of paper screw it up and throw in the bin.
2. Try and forget about it.
3. Tell your mum or your teacher they can give advice as well.
Maybe you could confide in your teacher or an adult you can trust they will help you through this situation
