There are a ton of reasons why girls don't like or are afraid of liking boys and/or having a relationship.
I'll mention a few but keep in mind that this may or may not be the reason you are looking for. It is different for every girl and these few reason I will be mentioning are just possibilities.
- They are afraid of getting hurt. Some girls are just afraid to get hurt, it may be because the are afraid of falling for someone who doesn't really love them or they are afraid that the guy they'll fall in love with would just play with their feelings and cheat on them. Maybe they are also afraid that the guy they would like, wouldn't really like them. Some girls just don't want to risk it for it may possibly change there life in a bad way.
- They don't want to hurt people. Maybe, they don't want to hurt the feelings of other people. Maybe they know they may create or do something that could possibly affect or hurt a guy. Maybe they think that they do not yet have the capability to keep someones heart together and keep someones happiness.
- They are not ready yet. Some girls, put relationships last on the "bucket list". Some girls would love to focus on their self, family, career, education or other important things first before having a relationship. It could also be that they know that they aren't mature enough yet to handle the possible stress and pain relationships could create.
There are a lot of possibilities and these are just some. It may differ for different girls but I do think these are the top reasons why some girls wouldn't like to have a relationship.

Different people are attracted to different things. There are plenty of interracial relationships throughout the world. There are white guys that are only attracted to white girls. There are white guys that have no racial preference, and just go for the girls they happen to like. There are also white guys that are only attracted to black girls. To say that all white guys think all black girls are ugly is just false. It is an over generalization.
