Atheism is the rejection of belief in the existence of deities and the rejection of claims from organizations and individuals that proclaim to know the will of these theoretical entities and speak in their names. Atheists therefore do not believe in Jesus, God, Allah, Brahma, Zeus, Thor, or any other supernatural entity, which they all regard as invented by man.
If you don't believe in ANY god then you are Atheist. If you are unsure about whether a god exists you are Agnostic. If you believe in Jesus you are Christian. If you follow Islam you are a Muslim. If you follow Buddhism you are a Buddhist. It pretty self explanatory really...
Ok, atheist do not believe in god or jesus therefore cannot possibly celebrate something we do not believe in.
An atheist
Atheist
If you partially believe in the teachings of Jesus and the 10 commandments, but you do not believe in God, you are a typical atheist who only finds relevance in what is ethical.
You could belong to pretty much any religion other than Christianity or you may be an atheist. Being an atheist does not simply mean you do not believe in the God of the bible; it means you do not believe in any god or gods.
some do and some dont, some just like the style of clothing but still love the lord others are atheist, but reallly "goth" is just a stereotype
I'm not sure if there's a name for someone who hates Jesus, but someone who doesn't believe he exists is an Atheist.
yes they do but they dont now when
"John is an atheist, which means he does not believe in the existence of any gods or deities."
If you do not believe in God that makes you to qualify as an athiest because God is above everything. You cannot believe partially in the teachings of Jesus and the 10 commandments but you need to be fully into it.
This is actually what Jews and Muslims believe. It is also what Hindus and atheists believe. If you believe that Jesus existed but that he was not the son of God, this does not, by itself, make you a Jew, Muslim, Hindu or atheist, but it does arguably make you a realist. It remains for you to decide which God or gods you believe in, if any.
