Boys Don't Like "Hoes". Boys like sex. If your definition of a Hoe includes a girl who will have sex with a guy without being in a relationship with him, then it seems obvious why that would be appealing to a young guy. On the other hand, many (not all) girls who act like this lack self-esteem and boys don't find that any more attractive then girls do. In other words: They will hit that for what it's worth, but they are not interested in her as a person. Also The Boys You know may be too immature to have a serious relationship.
Sometimes a guy will date a girl who is not a hoe for a while hoping he'll get lucky- and then dump her if she doesn't 'put out'. This is cruel but it reflects the fact that boys want sex period.
most Boys don't think sex has to be in a relationship- most girls do.
