There may be a problem with your electrical wiring that is preventing your hazard lights from turning off. You should take your car to a Toyota mechanic.
check the interior switch for where.

The hazard lights came on after the dip in the road, mostly cause by the alarm control unit coming loose and getting knocked around, which will trigger the lights..thinking the vechicle has been in an accident. Remove the trim panel below the glove box and look for a green box maybe 1"thick and 4" long. it will be loose and just hanging by the wiring. Best fix is to secure it with tape or zip ties so it cant be knocked around. Best of Luck

Did this to my 2000. You have to visit your dealership and have them program your ECU/BCM to acknowledge the fog lights. It cost me about $35 and worked like a champ after the programming. Hope this helps.
