No,you cant install OSX on NTFS but use OSX journled but you can browse NTFS in mac finder .but cant edit without a third party app called NTFS 3G
You can always download and burn a Linux live-CD. You can then boot from this CD and browse through the files of your Windows partition to delete the file in question. Make sure the distribution you download has ntfs support.

If you are sure you want to delete the windows xp partition then you can use the windows CD to do the job.Boot the machine with the CD in the drive and you should get the option to format the drive.Just be sure this is what you want as you will lose all your data stored on the drive.
i know you can use windows media player to burn music to blank cds so i think it can also burn video files to dvds. if it cant then you can watch the video files on windows media player.
The files may not be able to be played in the WMP... like the file extension .WMA, .MP3 can but .fl cant...
u simply cant reformat your hard drive while running windows on that drive, what i mean is u cant reformat the hard drive if it is that verry drive that u are running at the momnet insted u need a copy of windows, put the disc in the CD drive and restart your computer. press f2 i think when it boot's to access the boot menu, boot from CD. u can delete the current partition and create a new one, also u can reformat the drive with your file system of choice, most likely ntfs. hope this helps

An HTML file is for web browsers only. It is not a media file at all. But you can have HTML files load media and have them play it in your browser.
macs rule (thats a pro) the computer is a lot safer than a windows but you cant network or use files on a windows so yeah but you can dualboot to windows so really it's your choice MAC RULES!!!
