no you cannot recycle everything, but what you recycle depends on the certain material that you use in order to recycle, but as in "everything" to be able to be recycled that is a straight out negative.
Because the items to be placed in the blue bin are those items that can be recycled (used again). This means you need to separate these items form other items that need to be burnt or placed in land fill because they can not be recycled. If you mixed them up then it would not be able to separate them out again very easily.
