It depends where you live. Some employers do not provide insurance.
In some countries if you are working after you are 65 or your spouse is working, you will be entitled for health insurance from employer. You will be eligible for Medicare even if you continue to work after you turn 65. It is important that you decide whether or not to enroll for medicare. You may not need all of Medicare benefits if you are still covered under your employer's plan. You can delay certain parts of Medicare, and get them later on when you retire, or if you lose your employer's insurance. You should make these decisions at least 3 months before your 65th birthday.
