Because your earlobe holes are infected!
Buy thin wire hoops or french wire (plain), isopropyl alcohol, & cotton balls. Soak new earrings in alcohol ~ 10-30 min. Take out your posts. Clean your earlobe hole front & back with alcohol soaked cotton ball. This is going to hurt (sting) but only for a few minutes. Than insert new earrings directly from alcohol bath without drying. Squeeze alcohol into earlobe earring hole from cotton ball while turning earring, repeat on back remove any drainage from ear & earring. This should sting if it doesn't the alcohol isn't getting into the hole. Repeat ~ every hour until drainage is gone. Always make sure your fingers are clean when you turn your earrings use alcohol swipes once drainage is gone, but clean thoroughly with alcohol soaked cotton ball at least once a day until all redness & pain have been gone for at least one month. Always keep an earring in & DO NOT wear fashion earring until infection cleared for at least 1 month.
If the infection doesn't clear or gets worse seek medical attention.

certainly.
After 6 weeks.
You have to keep your earrings in for at least 6 weeks before you can take them out or change them.
6 weeks after.
for small secions of time
6 to 8 weeks
You have to keep them in for 6 weeks, but I would suggest keeping them in for a little longer, as peoples lobes have different healing times, some could be....let's say 2 weeks, others 6 months! =) As an average for all people, I think you should wear the same gold-backed earrings for at least 3 weeks, then you can change to other gold-backed earrings. Wear gold-backed earrings for 2-3 months. If your ears don't look ready, wait another month or two. Finally, you can wear other earrings and your ears should be fine.
6 weeks for the lobe of the ear, but 12 weeks for top of ear (cartilage).
Yes, you can but be Sure to put the ones your changing them with in hydrogen proxid.
obviously they close up....what do you expect them to magically stay there?
When the six weeks are over you may be able to wear dangle down ear rings or hang downs.
You need to keep your earrings in for 6 weeks when you first get them pierced. Hope this helped!! Xxx
