doesn't Christianity contain only god, the all-being? Anyway, its probably because they want there to be a good god, you see, if god made everything, because there had to be creation. Then he also made wars, disease and the bad stuff, and so if there was more than 1 god, they could make stories of what had happenned and don't have to blame the all-powerful god, its a matter of physcological thinking that works against your mind.
