There are many reasons why you may not be able to access Moshi Monsters.
One reason is that you may not have activated your account.
Another reason is that you may need to add or update the Flash Player or other programs on your computer that are needed to use the Moshi Monsters web site.
There may be problems with your internet connection or Moshi Monsters may be offline for some reason.
You may have been suspended or banned from the Moshi Monsters web site for breaking the rules.
You may not have remembered your password correctly or may not have typed it in correctly. Or you may have given someone else your password and they changed it.

If it is a new account, make sure you have activated the account. Check the email account you used when signing up for the account and click in the activation link.
If you have forgotten your password, you can can go to the 'Sign In' page and click on 'Reset My Password'.
If you have a paid Moshi Member account, you may need to renew your membership.
You may have violated the Terms of Service and had your account suspended or canceled. You should get a message or an email informing you if your account has been suspended or canceled.
You may need to update programs on your computer, especially Flash.
Be sure to empty your computer's cache. You may also need to delete Cookies from your computer.
If the Moshi Monster web site is having problems, you may just need to wait a few hours and try again.

∙ 12y agoIf you just signed up for an account, you have to activate your account. Go to the email you used when you signed up for your Moshi Monster account. Look for an email from Moshi Monsters. That email should have a link in it that you need to click on to activate the account. You may need to have your parents do this if their email account was used to register the account.

∙ 12y agoHad similar problem and mine turned out to be because I reinstalled xp on my laptop and forgotten to install sound drivers, also try different browsers I use chrome. Hope this helps.
In my case Moshi couldn't load the green screen as I didn't have Flash player installed on my new computer. Try loading the latest version of Flash.

∙ 11y agoYes, as long as you have either a free Basic Membership or a paid Moshi Membership and have activated your membership, you can "Log In" or "Sign In" to Moshi Monsters. Just click on "Sign in" at the top of the Moshi Monsters home page [see Related Links].

∙ 11y agoOnce you have chosen your Moshi Monster and started your membership, you then have to wait for Moshi Monsters to send you an email with an activation link in it. Once you click on that activation link, you will be able to go on Moshi Monsters.

To adopt a Moshi Monster, go to the Moshi Monsters sign in page and click on the 'Adopt a monster' sign. Then you pick a monster and fill out the forms. You have to have an email address though.
