Any place on earth where it's night-time during the lunar eclipse and the sky is clear.
No one lives on the moon and hardly anyone ever visits, either. There is no lunar garbage. You may be thinking of the lunar relics of the Apollo program, and they will just sit there, possibly for billions of years to come. I see no likelihood that anyone is going to disturb them.
As far as I know, there are full and partial eclipses of the full moon and every other moon phase. It all depends on position and timing of the moon and the planet or star that eclipses it. Full or partial eclpise can only occur at Full Moon.
No, they see night-time. You can see a lunar eclipse (from anywhere) when the MOON is in the earth's umbra.
Anyone can see craters on the moon. All you have to do is look at it when it's in the sky. There are billions of craters on the lunar surface with more being added almost daily. There will always be craters on the moon because there is no atmosphere to erode them. The lunar craters only form of erosion is from solar bombardment and being hit by another object.
12/21/2010 its a lunar one! really cool!!
The next solar eclipse is on December 4, 2021, and it will be a total solar eclipse visible from Antarctica. The next lunar eclipse is on November 19, 2021, and it will be a partial lunar eclipse visible from much of the world.
A lunar colony is when you live on the moon in a colony of people. A lunar colony is a colony on the moon. Note that there are at the present time no lunar colonies, and no prospects of any lunar colonies in the foreseeable future. Such a thing would be really expensive to create, and while it would be very scientifically interesting, it is not clear that it would be profitable.

A lunar eclipse happens ON THE MOON, so it is visible from anywhere in the night half of the Earth. To see a lunar eclipse, go outside and look up. As long as the weather is clear, you'll be able to see it.

Must be the night side. If it was the day side, it wouldn't matter whether the night was clear.
A lunar eclipse occurs whenever the moon passes through the earth's shadow. The phenomenon is visible from any place on earth where the sun is down and the sky is clear at the time.
It is not known who invented the lunar calendar. However, the ancient Chinese are among the first people who begin using a lunar calendar.
