Because the side of the Earth which you are on has rotated so that it is facing away from the Sun (into space)
At night.
The Sun.
You can't see the sun at night because the Earth is blocking the sunlight from reaching your location. During the night, the side of the Earth you are on is facing away from the sun, so it's dark.
see the sun!?!
Night time
We don't see the Sun during night. Night is when our patch of the Earth is facing away from the Sun. And as sunlight can't shine through the Earth, we can't see it.Well, if there's a moon, we can see the reflected sunlight off the moon.
You can see the moon at night because it reflects light from the sun. Even though the sun has set and it is dark on Earth, the moon's surface still reflects enough sunlight to be visible in the night sky.
The earth rotates that's why.
there is night because... the world spins once completely round in 24 hours, the sun stays were it is. when we are facing the sun we see it as day and the other side of the world see it as night. when your not facing the sun we call it night because we are blocked off from light. hope this helps x
You cannot see our sun.
It doesn't go out, we just can see it when we face away from it at night.
Day and night are caused by Earth rotating. At night the part of Earth you are on is facing away from the sun, so Earth itself blocks the sun from view.
