We don't see the Sun during night. Night is when our patch of the Earth is facing away from the Sun. And as sunlight can't shine through the Earth, we can't see it.

Well, if there's a moon, we can see the reflected sunlight off the moon.

How much does hotels cost in Tel Aviv?

It depends on how well it's rated of course. If its a 1 star hotel its usually $60.00 a night. If its a 2 star hotel it is usually $100.00 a night. If its a 3 star its usually $130.00 a night. If its a 4 star hotel its usually $160.00 a night. If its a 5 star hotel is usually $200.00 a night. There are many vacation and short term rentals available all around Tel-Aviv mainly in the center of the city or near the beach. I had a very good experience last year with israelease company who accommodate me and my friends in this cool and well furnished apartment near Gordon beach. I recall there were many price ranges to choose from. I think it's based mainly on location cause all of the apartments looks very good.
