We smell because of particles in the air. Air currents , due to people moving about or fans in the room. carry the particles across the room and the nerves in your nose detect them.
The perfume is evaporating and moving as a gas, by diffusion.
It is due to diffusion of perfume,it is a sort of evaporation.
Perfume. If you spray any type of perfume in one area of a room, soon you can smell it at the other side of the room. When first sprayed, the perfume is highly concentrated in one area. Then diffusion kicks in and the particles move from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration until it there is an equal concentration throughout.
Hot air from a radiator reaches the other side of a room by convection current. Convection current is when hot water/ air rises, hot water/ air cools, cool water/ air sinks, cool water/ air warms and then the cycle starts over.
The mirror, but the convex side! If you use the other side, you'll get the ceiling of the room reflected in your eyes because the flat side acts as a mirror.

because you can
the smell will spread at the another side of the room
spray the perfume on one side of the room go to the other side and you can smell it, that's how you can tell, cuz the molecules are flowing. - Grade 7
This is due to the process of diffusion.

The gas molecules carried the scent or scents
Breathing :/ dude your doing that right now rip one and see how you smell it. XD

everything is made up of particles- the air, and every gas, liquid and solid there is. that includes your perfume and the air around it. the particles in gas are very spread out, allowing more particles from elsewhere to diffuse around them, and possible mix with them. As perfume is sprayed, the particles will turn into a gas, colliding and mixing with the air particles. As the particles in gas are far apart from each other the particles from the perfume are allowed though the particles, spreading out (diffusing) all over the room. The particles are obviously scented, so that's that. Hope that makes sense...
Because the particles of airfreshener drift through the air to disperse around the whole room !
idk how do you know what burning paper bags smell like??? and you should check your home really quick to be on the safe side!!!!!!
