Well,when you go to sleep,your mind thinks of things and you see them and feel like you are actually there.
Ignore what you look first, do things you like to calm down yourself. For example, eat the food you like and watch a movie to make you feel happy. Try to feel content and happy. Sleep enough, not to do anything or sleep when you are tired. After a while you will feel better.
They sleep wherever they shelter and feel comfortable.
The reason why us humans CAN sleep is because its probly about someone you miss . To cure that , close your eyes and think about things other than not sleeping. For example ; Think about things that are happing soon or think about the best day of your life . Or , if that does not help , if you have a roomate or a person sleeping next to you , share with them . How we DO sleep we always need our core to have a rest . how we sleep is when your core is super tired and it needs a rest . you feel drowsy and you feel like you want to fall down and shut your eyes.
Dogs do always go to sleep because they do so much running and other things so they go to sleep to wake up and feel nice and rested reddy for a new day running.
Living things sleep because it refreshes your brain.
It feels like your just have a dream that your walking somewhere but be careful not to bump into any things then fall then wake up.
